Day 1

  • Arrival and Welcome
  • Free time to settle and rest
  • Early evening  smooth flow practice 
  • Freshly prepared healthy dinner at the villa by our chef

Day 2

  • Start the day with healthy smoothies
  • Continue with energizing vinyasa yoga class
  • Brunch is freshly prepared by our Greek chef
  • Free time for swimming at the most amazing sandy beaches
  • Early evening, meditation and smooth class
  • Dinner in Mykonos town, time for walking and shopping

Day 3

  • Start the day with healthy smoothies
  • Practise an energising vinyasa yoga class
  • Brunch, freshly prepared by our chef
  • Relax by the pool and outdoor jacuzzi
  • Optional: cruise with private yacht to nearby beaches
  • Early evening, a Sunset Smooth flow Practice with Breathing
  • Dinner prepared by our wonderful chef

  • Start the day with energising detox smoothies 
  • Stretching and Meditation
